The YWCA Greater Harrisburg is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all.
Board of Directors
Between 9-24 women serve as the YWCA Board of Directors. The BOD has fiduciary, legal and CEO oversight, and ensures the organization is operating within the goals of the mission of the YWCA. They are responsible for the selection of the CEO and work closely with the CEO to set the strategic vision of the organization.
