On November 17th the Diversity Forum kicked-off a new quarter focused on Diversity @ Work. We know that a diverse workforce increases productivity, creativity, problem-solving and the bottom line - and better reflects and serves our communities. But how do you put strategies in place to work towards that goal?

This month’s focus was on Recruitment & Hiring, looking at how you can target your recruitment to get a diverse pool of applicants, and make sure your hiring process is as fair and unbiased as possible.

We had the opportunity to hear from the unique perspectives of experts in the field, and came away with practical tips to take back to our organizations.
