The YWCA Greater Harrisburg's 15th Annual Race Against Racism will be held Saturday, April 27, 2019, rain or shine. The race supports the YWCA's mission to eliminate racism, empower women and girls, and promote peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. The funds we raise are crucial to sustaining our racial justice programs throughout the year ahead.
This is the third year we will be following the route through downtown and midtown. The Annual Kid's Fun Run will take place at 10:00 a.m. during the Humanity Fest. This is a FREE dash for kids through age 12. There will be food trucks and vendors, live music, dancers and performances all following the race.
